SOC-003 is the phenomenon known to r/britishproblems as "The Price of a Freddo".
The Freddo is a chocolate bar crafted by the wizards of Cadbury into the shape of a little cartoon frog. They are born in corner shops where they are sold to children for, in theory, 10p. But all of that has changed.

Prognosis
The Price of a Freddo has increased at a rate far outstripping the rate of economic inflation within the country of Britland. It is theorized by 2038 people will be taking out loans to afford a single Freddo bar.
Not happy enough with ruining the lives of children with pocket change, the Price of a Freddo has gone on to infect the United States of America: we now have to worry about the Price of an Egg.
Consider it expensive.
